This means that goods, such as tobacco and alcohol are entitled to temporary suspension of VAT payment as well as the Excise Duties.

In order to be able to use the Tax Warehouse regime, a company must be first recognized by the Ministry of Finance as an Approved Tax Deposer, which means payment of at least 200.000 Euro as a warranty.

DELTA 4 S.A. also operates as an Approved Tax Deposer on behalf of the clients, bearing full responsibility before the Greek State, for the payment of the foreseen taxes, duties etc.
